Exit Medical University station. Take the exit toward the start of Vazha-Pshavela Avenue (toward the city centre).
Keep walking straight to the intersection with Beka Pilpani Street. Turn onto it.
Walk through Beka Pilpani Street until you reach Aleksandre Kazbegi Avenue.
Cross Kazbegi Avenue to the opposite side. After crossing, turn left and walk toward the start of the avenue — now with the flow of traffic.
Walk to the turn onto Davit Gamrekeli Street and turn right.
Continue along Gamrekeli Street to building 19. The main landmark is the SPAR store. The business centre entrance is right next to it (the building has no name on the façade).
As soon as you leave the metro, walk along Vazha-Pshavela Avenue against the direction of traffic.
