Remote-first
The team is spread across countries; HQ is in Georgia. We don’t care where you are if you’re reachable in working hours and meet deadlines.
We want people who don’t just implement tickets but think about the client’s business. We value autonomy and clear technical judgment. We also care about working in an environmentally conscious way, a sense of humor, plain language without corporate jargon, attention to detail, and a broad perspective.
We’re upfront: we rarely hire full-time employees — only as an exception. Most of the time you join a specific project and bill hours against studio tasks; pay is piecework for agreed deliverables, not a salary “just for showing up.”

We don’t run endless syncs. Communication is structured: instead of ten tiny pings — one solid email or a tracker update.
We run work in Plane. You always see priorities; the client sees progress — no fake busyness.
Mandatory code review. Docker for consistent environments. Code you’d be happy to hand to another engineer.
You’ll design systems used by thousands in industry, healthcare, and logistics.
Flat structure. You talk directly to founders and leads.
We pay agreed milestones on time and respect your time — no work pings on weekends or at night.
Send a short CV and a link to GitHub or code samples at welcome [at] wapp.dev .
We’ll discuss your experience, stack, and how you approach problems.
Depending on your profile and what we can already see in your portfolio or on GitHub, we may propose a small technical task or skip it — we decide individually.
If it’s a match — we align on terms and get you on board.
