VJUH is a WAPP product for small businesses that need a working website now — not a studio quote measured in months. Internally the project is Tskapi (“click” in Georgian): a short path from five quiz answers to a personalized landing page with copy, photos, and WhatsApp leads.

Public site: vjuh.site.

We shipped a service where a site appears in minutes: quiz → niche landing → edits → one 299 GEL payment → archive and deploy. No subscription, no builder learning curve.

Challenge: a site without agencies, builders, or vanished freelancers

The typical customer is a small company with no website — or a 2010-era page that fails on mobile. On Google, buyers already compare competitors with proper sites. Studios quote from 5,000 GEL and months of work. Builders take time to learn. Freelancers disappear after the prepayment.

The brief was not “another website builder”. It was a product for concrete niches: answer a few questions and get a site you can show customers and collect leads the same day.

What the product had to cover:

  • speed: roughly 10 minutes from quiz to a usable site;
  • entry price: 299 GEL once, instead of studio budgets;
  • niche meaning: copy and structure for the business type, not an empty shell;
  • leads: WhatsApp messages and Google Reviews on the page;
  • calm economics: no subscription, unlimited edits before payment, free hosting on day one.

Who it is for

Focus is six SMB types where the visit or booking decision often happens online:

  • dental clinics;
  • guest houses and mini-hotels;
  • chemical labs;
  • logistics companies;
  • private kindergartens;
  • other small businesses that need a clear, ready website.
Audience block: six niches and the pain of running without a modern site

The homepage shows the outcome first: recognizable niche landings — dental, guest house, “natural comfort” — not an abstract editor UI.

Showcase: The first screen sells a finished website, not a toolbox.

How it works

The flow stays short — no “learn the builder” onboarding:

  1. Take a ~2-minute quiz (5 questions).
  2. Get a personalized website with niche copy and media.
  3. Edit before payment — no change fees at this stage.
  4. Pay and download the archive.
  5. Deploy to hosting (Netlify free tier at launch).
Five steps: quiz → site → edits → pay → deploy

What WAPP builds

VJUH is a studio product, not a one-off client landing. We built the public marketing site, quiz onboarding, niche landing generation, archive packaging, payment and deploy flow, reviews and messenger integrations, plus add-on services for customers who do not want to deploy alone.

We also state the current limits as on vjuh.site: content is file-based with video guides for now; a proper CMS is on the roadmap. The case shows a live SMB service, not a future admin panel.

Outcome

  • Public product: vjuh.site.
  • Clear offer for Georgia SMBs: a site in minutes, 299 GEL, no subscription.
  • Funnel “quiz → edits → pay → deploy” without builder training.
  • Six niches with ready messaging and visuals on the homepage.

Next: CMS, more niches, and turnkey setup paths for customers who want full install help.

Who this case is for

If you need a productized quiz-to-landing service with a clear SMB price — not a six-month custom build — the conversation starts where VJUH does: the customer journey and time to first lead.
